aiprice turns a wholesale supplier's Excel price list into a private online catalog for that supplier's
trade partners. It is not a CRM and not an online store: the catalog opens only through the supplier's own link,
search engines don't index it, each partner sees their own price by their phone number, and every order reaches the supplier as a ready Excel file for their accounting software.
Why we built it
Our founder has spent years running sales in wholesale distribution. In that world price lists live in Excel,
orders arrive as voice messages in Viber, and managers retype them into the accounting system by hand, with mistakes.
We first built these catalogs for our own wholesale work: several brands, over a thousand items. Partners started
ordering on their own, without phone calls, and in August 2026 we opened it up as a service for other suppliers.
What the product does
- reads the price list as it is: several sheets, merged cells, photos pasted right into Excel;
- builds a catalog with photos, search and a cart that partners order from on their phones;
- sends each order to the supplier as an Excel file and shows in a dashboard what partners opened and searched for;
- updates prices from a new price list: the supplier uploads the file and the catalog updates itself.
